Bluegrass Fiddle Fest • Spring 2009

The Insitute of American Music Bluegrass Fiddle Fest provides musicians of all levels of proficiency an opportunity to compete and showcase their musical abilitites in a group environment.

This competition features groups of various ability levels. Bands will compete for cash prizes. Groups will be evaluated by a panel of judges and receive feedback.

This year's events are being sponsored by Tahitian Noni International and the Provo Arts Council. It will be held at the Tahitian Noni Building at Riverwoods in Provo, Utah. (333 West River Park Drive) Saturday, April 11, 2009. The first round of competition begins at 1:00 P.M. and continues throughout the day.

The evening's final competition begins at 7:00 P.M.

Admission fee for the general public to the all-day event including the evening concert, is $5 per person or $25 per family.

We invite everyone to join us for a day of boot-stompin' good music. Door prizes will be awarded. There will be a grand-prize drawing for a guitar from the Great Salt Lake Guitar Company. You must be in attendance to claim your prize.
